All TurnKey Internet Business Online Mentors Are NOT Created Equal …

I know from first hand experience that there are many, many people who claim to offer online mentoring and coaching.  And…that not all are created equal.  I am also not afraid to share with you that I have run into some along they way who sadly…we’re not what they claimed to be.

I don’t know about you…but, if you’re anything like me, you want to attract like minded, dedicated, driven and honest mentors into your life.  At the same time…in our eagerness to achieve online success, sometimes our normal internal radar doesn’t detect false truths online the way it might in our more familiar offline World.

Having been taken advantage of myself…I do not want to see that happen to you.

My first note of advice to you:  do your due diligence and take the time to identify the best possible fit for you.

Here…I will provide you with some of the things that I think are important to find in an online mentor for turnkey internet business success.

So…What should you be looking for in an online mentor to ensure the success of YourNetBiz?

The qualities you look for may be different and I may not be the right online mentor for you…but, after more than 20 years of mentoring others to high levels of success even at the Executive level…let me share with you a checklist of proven qualities that are essential for any mentor to possess to help you achieve:

1.A Trusted Advisor – someone who supports and encourages you.  Who holds your best interest foremost in their mind and has no agenda other than your success. AND who shares freely with you – There are no “Secrets” or…if there are…they are revealed to you freely in the interest of furthering your success.

2. Strong Coaching Skills - someone who can effectively empower you to achieve your best.  You know…a coach is not always the “best” player in the game, they play a very different role, they identify and highlight each players strengths to help those players achieve their individual best.  We are not all created equal and using our natural talents, passions and skills are the fastest path to attracting abundance in life.  Find a coach who will bring out your best and have you attracting abundance in your life.

3. An Abundance Magnet – choose someone who is already successful in attracting abundance in their life.  That includes a magnetic and powerfully positive energy.  Who wants to work with someone who has no self-belief and low energy who is in a static or worse depressed situation in their personal life?  The Internet Business is challenging at best and you will need inspiration and motivation – find someone who understands the challenges and has been able to recognize the abundance that life has to offer.

4. A Success Mindset – by this I mean not just someone who is successful.  But, someone who believes in success, believes that they can achieve and more importantly that you can achieve.  If possible find someone who can help you attain a success mindset as well.

5. Accessible and Available – mentoring when done well is done 1-on-1.  The stronger and more trusting the relationship – the better.  For that, your mentor must be available and accessible…don’t get me wrong I’m not talking 24/7/365.  But, I do believe you should be able to access them via phone or Skype and not just email.  Communication is critical to success and if 97% of the message is in the “non-verbal” elements…then email – just isn’t enough to provide good clear healthy communication.

There will be other qualities that are important for you as well.  Not the least of which, is finding someone who resonates with you and who you enjoy working with.  I am a firm believer of the power of the Universal Laws and that people with like energies can create powerful results.

There are plenty of wonderful online mentors available so…make your checklist of “musts” ahead of time so that when you do your due diligence you identify the best possible fit for you. 

Think of the process like you would a job interview – except you are the hiring manager & the job is to… make YourNetBiz successful!

Just as you have a unique set of qualifications that you will want for your online mentor to posses…every mentor will have a unique set of qualifications for the members that they choose to work with.  In order for the relationship to work the needs of both must be met.
